I wish you hadn't included Jensen because there are some great actors on this list that deserve a lot of credit. But when it comes down to it, I really think Jensen has an incredible range and subtlety that I just haven't seen many other actors match.

Jared has had some truly amazing acting moments, and he has developed so, so much since the pilot. Episodes that stand out especially are When The Levee Breaks and Swan Song - some of the best acting ever! He's a truly gifted guy :)

I can't decide. I'm gonna give all of them the credit and recognition they deserve by praising them for their fine work.

I was going to pick Jensen, but I knew he would get plenty of love without my choice (and he deserves it because he is beyond amazing) but I chose Misha because I think his acting sometimes get left by the wayside. But he is pretty incredible. I mean, he has played Jimmy Novak, Human!Castiel, Future!Castiel, S4!Castiel, S5!Castiel, S6!Castiel, weird-tweet-happy actor Misha Collins, and each had subtle varieties and distinguishing characteristics that made them unique. That takes talent. (Jared has also played multiple people convincingly, but again I think he'll get his fair share of love)

But, really, the acting in general on Supernatural is pretty amazing. I never feel like I'm watching a TV show when I'm watching it, I feel like my television somehow is a portal to another time/dimension and I'm watching these people's lives unfold before my eyes. Each actor has made their character seem real and tangible and on a show that strives being about the Supernatural and otherworldly themes, that is saying something.

normally i'll must take dean/jensen but really misha collins made a great job with castiel character...
castiel is for me, the most complexe character of the show and misha made of him an essential because he's awesome
when you saw the castiel of the 4th season and the castiel of this year...really incredible,the work that the scenarist and misha did with this angel...and really when misha is on the screen, you just see him and nothing else...that's charism...
i always say when you see dean, you see jensen, when you see sam, you see jared but when you see castiel...you see castiel...a character by himself...i don't know if i can make me understand?

I've seen Mark Sheppard is a lot of other shows and he's really amazing. He's not my favorite actor that's eiter Jensen or Misha but he's probably one of the best.

He just starred in Doctor Who and he was truely amazing.

He's incredible. But all of them are, espesh Jensen and Misha, but Jared can play 7 people at once.
