Tamayura is a barely known, but wonderful anime ipakita that needs madami attention and love. This review is about why this amazing ipakita is worth watching. The ipakita ended with a 4 part film series.
The Plot
Tamayura is focused on Fuu Sawatari, a girl who loves taking pictures. Her late father was a photographer too. Fuu has a rather sad past due to losing her dad, but with the help of her 3 best mga kaibigan (Kaoru Hanawa, Maon Sakurada, and Norie Okazaki) she gets the inspiration and optimism she needs to have a successful and happy life.
Tamayura is a amazing and inspiring anime ipakita that shows and reminds people that life can be okay if you have people that care about you and you don't give up. It's a truly wonderful plot that's sweet natured without being too cute or too dark. It's hard to get a better plot than Tamayura.
The ipakita is a slice of life which means it focuses on the lives of the main characters rather than some epic action or stuff like that. It's a serious, but lighthearted show. It actually has a fair amount of comedic scenes which are really funny.
The Main Characters
The main characters are 1 of the best fictional groups ever. The 4 main girls are all enjoyable. Fuu is the bituin of the show. She is a interesting, likeable, and inspiring main character. She also has a funny habit of adding words to the ends of sentences, she does. Kaoru is Fuu's first and closest friend and the most mature member of the group. Maon is the whistling girl who has so many career goals, but that doesn't stop her from attempting to do all of them. Norie is well ... kind of the looney one who has a big crush on Fuu's brother.
Fuu arguably brings the most amount of humor to the ipakita due to her weird habits and silly moments. She almost fell off a bridge while taking pictures with a pretend camera. Kaoru serves as the least crazy of the girls. Maon is shy and sweet as well as having her own eccentric qualities. And Norie is a big weirdo.
The Other Characters
Fuu's dad sadly died, but he makes a big impact on the show. Although he is only shown in flashbacks and pictures the ipakita reveals what a great dad and person he is. Kanae is a girl who also loves pagkuha ng larawan and becomes close mga kaibigan with Fuu. Mr. Dougou is the bizarre, but very funny teacher. The recurring characters help the ipakita without hogging the spotlight away from the main characters. The ipakita doesn't have a real villain .... unless you count Maon's dad, but that's rather debatable.
The Animation
The animation is great. The ipakita is a pleasant and nice looking visual experience. It makes normal people doing normal stuff look unique and cool.
The Songs
The ipakita has 3 different theme songs and they are wonderful. They are so relaxing and pleasant. The 4 part Tamayura film series has a fantastic ending theme song.
