help me please....i watch this movie but i don't know what is the pamagat

it's just I remembered:
It is all about the cat and the girl. here in the story the cat saw the crime (i think) and everynight the cat go to the crime scene and the girl follow the cat...then the girl told to the policeman about the crime that her cat saw...then in the end of the story the policeman and the girl got an award because he resolve the case .. help me please
