And not all of them are dyslexic; Piper and Leo can read fine.

Also, I don't think the Roman half-bloods have trouble pagbaba because the Romans used the Latin alphabet (a, b, c, d... like English and more) and a language that English (as well as several other languages) roots from.

And I know a dyslexic guys who reads manga, and a girl with a learning disability that reads a lot.

So maybe Percy's warning won't reach all the half-bloods out there, but those who for reason A or Z will pick up the novel, it works.
