Fuzzy Rescue, a Santa Monica, Calif., rescue group, is taking care of Scooby Roo and says on its website that it needs $2,000 to get him outfitted with a kariton and therapy. Ultimately, Scooby Roo, who was probably born this way, will also need adopting.
