In what Zelda game does Dark Link make his first apperence?

He first appeared in "Zelda II"

Here's Wikipedia's two cents:
"When he first appears in The Adventure of Link, he is the final boss of the game, and was created sa pamamagitan ng a mysterious wizard as a test for the Triforce of Courage."

I was just about to answer that. Yeah, he doesn't appear in LoZ, but he appears in LoZ II so that's the answer.
