What would you do?

You're alone in the dark depths of the woods, a cold chill running through you as the silence of the night fills the damp and big forest. You notice pages hanging from trees, silos, rucks ect. As you walk along the dirt ground, a figure is seen stalking you, is it a tree? It doesn't look to much like it. Soon you become face to face with it, it's featureless and expressionless face staring into your petrified body and soul. Static rings in your ears like a tumor! What would you do then? Running is an option, but is there anything else you'd do?
