no ship is perfect

Every relationship has it's flaws. That's why I honestly don't understand why people get into fights over the internet with people they don't even know over a couple they "ship".

No ship is perfect but I'd never say the flaws out loud! LOL!

Like everyone said: no ships is ever perfect and you're a fool to think otherwise.

No ship is perfect, the difference is how much"flaws" does the ship has and how far could you tolerate it.

Delena: Damon got friendzoned for over 3 years. Believe me, It really sucks.
Stelena: Elena doesn't see Stefan's dark side. He tries to hide it but it is part of him. She can't accept that.
Klaroline: It's completely one sided. You can think otherwise but it's true. Maybe one day, Caroline falls for him.
Forwood: First I saw it as pure love but Now I think it's more physical that is should be.
Bamon: Hmm... He killed his mother, hurt people she cared about and no way she falls for him?
Datherine: She played him for over 150 years and let him think she was in the tomb. He can't go to that path again and fall for her.
Stefrine: as much as she may love Stefan He's not falling for her again. Not yet.
Debekah: He used her (sort of) She tutored him. no big deal. But she did kill Elena, He's not going to like that at all.
I can go on and on but no ship is perfect. Love doesn't have to be perfect. They just have to love each other enough to go past that flaws.

IMO I think Delena has more flaws then just him being in the 'friend zone' for three years. He's killed her brother infront of her, killed Alaric more than once, takes her choices from her, turned her mother, abused Caroline, was going to force her to turn, bit Bonnie, had sex with her mother... the things he's done makes you glad that this is a TV show because otherwise Elena would be insane to even look twice at Damon.

Stelena's problem is Stefan's dark side his love for Damon. Elena's Inability to make a steady choice between brothers. Stefan gives her too much trust when it comes to making her own (bad) choices (whereas Damon doesn’t give her enough).

Forwood would be perfect if they talked more. The sex is great and dont get me wrong you can tell they love each other from Caroline being there when he transformed and all the other fluffy moments but I'd like to see more scenes of them outside of the bedroom.

Bamon: She doesn't trust Vampires (maybe Stefan) and he loves Elena. I wont say they hate each other because season three doesn't seem to show that but they're so alike it might be repellant. He's also bitten her and turned her mother.

Klaroline came out of the blue and Caroline's being with Klaus doesn't make him a better person. He was still being a dick. And Klaus is unattractively sappy around Caroline. He’s no longer the badass vamp I fell in love with.

Of course no ship is perfect and sometimes the flaws are what makes the ship THAT much better. I just think that before people put down other fan's ships they should look at the flaws in their own ships. If you can see past your own ship's flaws then you should be able to see why other's can do the same for their ship.

^ I know, But Elena has forgiven Damon for all of those.

honey our ship (DE) is challenging,full of adventures, a journey to true love yes they had their ups and downs but guess with they always survive it and they always will, "saint" stefan let the girl he loves to DIE ALONE

I'm DE, and the only thing I don't like about them is that most of the time, he doesn't really care about her friends. And of course that he is a mass murderer, but almost everyone on the show is one.
