I actually imagine Damon asking Stephan something like this: D: Hey, Stephan! What it's like kissing Elena? Is it similar like kissing Katherine? S: What? No. What are you talking about? D: Well, then I guess I'm not the bad guy, you see! I kissed Elena but it totally felt like kissing Katherine but if you say that it's nothing like that with Elena then I guess we got a problem - she's back!!!
