in which episode is there a man that gets killed in his garage? He gets stuck with his tie in the chain that opens n closes the garahe door.

That's the only episode I can remember when I was watching this when I was young (12 years ago), I've started to watch the ipakita again but I'm already at season 4 and still no luck! So either I've dreamed seeing that episode, or I missed it while watching the seasons.
