No, it's totally fake. If it was real it would be out sa pamamagitan ng now since it sinabi it was coming out in 2011. And notice how they made the plot sound kind of like Alice in Wonderland? I'm not sure what that was but I'm assuming it was for April Fool's araw or something.

There is a Wizard of Oz prequel coming out in March, but it's not sa pamamagitan ng Tim Burton. I believe he is directing a film of the book Miss Peregrine's tahanan for Peculiar Children though. :)
