In the prebiyu 4 ncis season finale they sinabi it would break all the rules could it be rule # 12!?!?!?

i think it's gunna b gibbs breaking rules, but then that does open up breaking them to other people! namely TONY AND ZIVA!----gibbs wouldn't wanna b a hypocrite now would he?

I think when they sinabi Breaking the rules it was taken to literally. When Gibbs made the final rule, rule 51 - Sometimes your wrong, i think it just means that he can now use that rule to break some of the nakaraan 50 he has made, like the lawyer rule! And i'm hoping rule 12 in the near future! :)
