I've seen this game on some other spots.. I think it should of actually posted it on the NCIS spot though.. oh well :/
It's simple really! All you have to do is gives clues until someone guesses the character :) And if they get it right, its their turn!

Example:

- This person is Israeli.
- They can kill you with a paperclip ;)
- Their soulmate is Tony .. >:)
