At the age of 4 doves came into his house and fought with his father and mother, His father gave him a necklace and said to Eric to grab his little brother and flee Japan, Eric did as his father told him but while running Eric turned around and saw his father and mother Getting killed,He started crying but he went on...Until they became 6 they were hiding in a cave living with each other's flesh,At the age of 6 they went on a plane going from Japan to the USA,Hiding behind the seats they safely arrived in USA (Specific state is unknown) From that day on they lived lived in an apartment for 8 years and didn't go to school because of this they had a lot of free time and they became artists and musicians, at the age of 14 they both got a job a good one at that...They worked their asses off and finally got a little rich..they bought their own house..they also bought a tree house on a mountain next to a waterfall...just so they can remember their parents...Eric at school met a lot of friends that were also weird..like Maesyn..a Demi-God..Madison a Vampire,etc etc He then got into programming and gaming and at the age of 16 he was Told from the principal that he was the Smartest kid in school along with his brother, They haven't told anyone that they are Ghoul apart from their closest friends and at first their friends reacted with Shock that Eric will eat them but soon they got used to him. At the age of 17 he was talking to Madison about the CCG and a dove overheard him...He called in other doves and they fought Eric but ultimately lost..Thats the story so far.

(Color:Blood Red) His Ukaku looks like Dragon wings or sometimes Eagle wings depending on how he wants it to be.

(Color:Dark Blue) His Koukaku spirals around his neck guarding him and around both of his arms making it a dual blade.

(Color:Light Blue) His Rinkaku is like Kanekis but it has spikes on it looking like it has feathers.

(Color:Red) His Bikaku is just a tail with dragon fins on the end.

He doesn't have any special abilities but his power is immense.

He and his brother are also Kakuja from when they were 5. Their Kakuja however is unknown because they almost never use it.

Personality: Distant, and quiet. She refuses to get to close to anyone so she won't hurt as bad if she looses them. She only smiles to customers in her bookstore. She reads a lot, being she has no close friends to do anything with. She drinks coffee and reads.

History/Bio: Kuro's mother was a human that soon died after she was born. Kuro is a one-eyed ghoul that was born from Touka's brother, Ayato, and a human mother that only Ayato knows, but refuses to talk about. Kuro was a dark, and strong fighter since she was little. Her father trained her all the time. She worked hard to impress her father. Ayato was never impressed with her until she took him down easily. Ayato began getting more and more distant from Kuro, and this caused her to leave him. Kuro misses him all the time, and writes letters to him a lot. She lives her life now in her bookstore on the 20th ward. She has no closer friends but Hinami, who is now around her age. Hinami and Kuro met at Kuro's bookstore. Hinami always came to drink coffee with Kuro and read books. They often talk about how much Kaneki taught Hinami when she was little. Kuro never knew how it was to have someone teach her, She taught herself everything. Kuro loves to go to the coffee store run by her Aunt, Touka, and get coffee. Kuro is distant because she was left by her father when they were the closest they've ever been. Ayato finally told her he loves her, then he left with Kaneki to fight again.

Kagune appearance: Violet at the farthest ends and fades to red as it reaches closer to the back. Look just like Ayato's.
Kagune special abilities: Able to wrap tails around body to create a hard armor-like barrier. Move at high-speeds and can extend to a massive length for Long-range attacks. Best if used for head-on combat. Can shoot large crystal-like red spikes, shooting an opponent. This ability takes its toll on the body though, and drains energy faster than the armor-like barrier. Can spread kagune to a certain extent and fly with enough wind. Can only fly for a certain amount of time without having to rest.

History/Bio: Ichiro Ryuga was born in the 4th Ward to Daisuke, a male chimera Rinkaku/Ukaku type ghoul, and Izumi Ryuga, a female human. He had 2 sisters: Reiko, 3 years older, and Yui, 5 years younger. He usually lived a normal life, but one day, when he was 15, his father didn't go to work, so he could take care of his sick wife. Reiko, Ichiro, and Yui needed to stay at home to do their mother's housework. Ichiro and Yui were making breakfast while Reiko was doing the laundry. Yui said, "Onii-Chan, who are those people?" When Ichiro turned around, he immediately recognized the Doves outside the window. He took Yui's hand and ran to warn Reiko and Daisuke. It was too late for him to warn his father, who was lying on the ground, dead. His mother had a bullethole in the center of her forehead, and Reiko jumped ahead to protect her siblings. Ichiro saved Yui, but Reiko died. While Ichiro was running away with Yui, she was shot by a Q-Bullet and killed. Ichiro didn't think he had a choice, so he used his Ukaku to kill Yui's murderer. He killed all the Investigators, except one, the leader of the group. He swore to himself that he would avenge his family. Ryuga was living on the streets for a long year when finally, he saw Investigators chasing a young man with dark blue hair. He ran after them and when he turned a corner, he realized the man was a ghoul, too. He started talking to the ghoul who showed him light: Ayato Kirishima. He has been living with the Aogiri for 3 years now.

Kagune appearance: Blue & Purple colour scheme. Bikaku splits in two, one arm wraps around body creating armour whilst the other takes the form of a back scorpion pincer. Ukaku emerges from both shoulders and takes the form of a scorpions front claws.
Kagune special abilities: Bikaku can harden for defence (Armour) and harden to create a spear like pincer to attack close-range. Ukaku can shoot small dart like objects in long range distances.Ukaku claws can also turn into armour for defence but are generally more offensive than defensive.

History/Bio: When he was 6 he discovered his kagune because of his parents deaths by the CCG. Before the CCG killed his parents his dad told him and his brother (Brian) to run away as far as they could. So Brian ran away but Tobias stayed and watched the CCG kill his parents and then killed one of the CCG members that killed his parents. After that he ran away to the city and almost starved to death if it wasn't for a stranger (Tyler) to bring him into his home. For the next 10 years he has been training with Tyler to become stronger so he could kill every single CCG member there was. Then on his 17th birthday Tyler gave him his ghoul mask specially made so he could go out and kill the CCG without being discovered. As he went along the way to the CCG building he has been killing any Doves that has got in his way and that is how he earned the alias "Reaper".

History/Bio: Nao is a depressed girl who was abused by her mother late after her fathers mysterious death she used to live on her own until a human found her Katsuki she treated her kindly and was nice to her but late after her sudden death she decided to avenge and always blamed herself for her death she used to wake up with nightmares she was later almost killed by a ghoul and later on found herself in the hospital not knowing what happened she ran off she later on released she could not eat her normal food and went scavenging for human flesh she found a half eaten person lying in a ditch and ate her saving some for later, she survived living on her own since she was only a little girl she then was found out by the police living on her own she ran away and was found by the old man who lived in Anteiku though Toaka got jealous of her well being she began to see Nao's ways around the world and slowly they began to know each other she still struggled depression but found there was more to life she always hid her human eye until Kaneki found out he decided that she and him were alike and now they slowly have developed feeling for each other (lol in her dreams) She is also very strong and tough can beat Toaka

Personality: always a caring person. He always looks out for his own, would never back down form a fight, and wouldn’t hurt anyone if he had to, and a smart-ass sometimes.
History/Bio: Ace was born in the 13 ward, he never meet his father who was ghoul and his mother was human. She had to give up her life because she couldn’t kill anyone to feed her child so she sacrificed herself to let her son live. In her will he had to go live with his drunk uncle and his kind aunt, they didn’t know he was half ghoul. His aunt always looked out for ace while her husband went to go drinking but one night that all changed. When ace was only 11 years old his aunt was driving with him while he was in the back when a drunk driver rammed into them which happened to be her husband. When Ace emerged from the wreckage he saw his aunt dead in the front seat, when he looked up with blood and tears he saw his uncle hovering over him with a gun and said “go to hell you dam ghoul.” The second his uncle said that Ace’s kagune released and killed the sick man instantly, Ace ran into the woods with no hesitation he ran and just keep running. At the age of 17 he lives in a small apartment in the 20th ward. One day 2 days before his18th birthday he was starving so when to go find someone, he was successful. While he was eating he was thinking to himself why ghouls have to live like animals and why he had to take someone’s life just to save his, he stopped for a moment and cried against the wall for a while.” Aww what’s with the tears you animal’’ he heard a voice and heard footsteps next him. Before he could react he had a huge slice across his chest. He saw who it was a, man in a white trench coat holding a metal suit case with a grin on his face. His vision was blurry but he saw a flash of purple, red and orange….it was a girl. When he woke up he found himself on a couch in some kind of room, bandages on his chest with the sweet smell of coffee in the air “don’t move you’ll heart yourself.” Said a voice form the corner of the room “says who” Ace said “says me.” A young girl with purple hair covering one half of her face comes from the corner. He says nothing and there’s only silence “so what’s you name.” ace says “touka” she said “oh my name is -.” “Yea I know Ace, what kind of name is that” she says rudely interrupting him “what kind of name is touka.” He says happily “good point.” She says. At that same time a kind looking old man enters into the room “ah you’re awake, it seems you meet touka already.” The mysterious old man says. “You were attacked by a dove, you’re lucky that touka was passing by or you’ll be dead right now” he said with a kind and calm voice “my name is yoshimura, you’re safe now we’re in my little coffee shop called anteiku.” The door shuts behind him with nothing but silence.

Bio:
Being from a small house in the middle of an unknown forest, Aizzaku never grew up knowing of his abilities or other ghouls/humans. One dreadful day, Doves showed up in the Sautro recidence, attempting to kidnap both Matiasu and Nikōru and kill his parents. While in hiding, he discovered and used his kagune to both save his family and kill the doves. He had his mothers white Ukaku and his fathers Black Bikaku, which gave him the appearance of an owl, since his kagune seemed like wings and claws.(Having his bikaku (2) surround his leg and end at the foot resembling claws) Since that day that the Sautro family had to flee the recidence and reestablish a home, Both Kautia and Kurisutian were heavily wounded, therefore making the children, including Aizzaku, bow to kill all the doves and make peace beetwen humans and ghouls. Currently the 3 children form the "Eagle Eye" gang, traversing from ward to ward saving innocent humans from crime and eliminating doves withought leaving evidence, leaving the CCG in confusion. They also look to eliminate evil ghouls and evil organizations.

History: He lived in eastern europe in the country named Bosnia and Herzegovina. He was bullied by the children in his street but he was still happy,clumsy and hyperactive child. When he was 12 he moved to Tokyo. He met a lots of friends there. One day when he got home from school he went to kitchen he saw a ghoul serial killer eating his family. Mahir was just standing there he couldn t move. Serial killer tried to kill him but then he released his kagune. He never know he was ghoul because nobody in his family wasn t ghoul. Looks like one of his parents lied about not being ghoul. He released his kagune and killed this serial killer. Then he fall unconsios. Police didn t know what happend because he didn t rember what happen. His hair turned white same as Kaneki s. Mahir had difference from other ghouls.
He was one-eyed ghoul. But his left eye was PURPLE. For unknown reason. He didn t have anybody to live with and police said he was old enough to live alone. From that day he changed. He didn t talk with anybody. One day a group named ''Black Blade'' (Vertix,Zuko,Kvazar,Ritiko and Rezef) found him and asked him to join them. They have heard about him and what happend to his family. He joined them because they told him that they are going to find who was standing behind murdering his family.
Now he goes around and fight with other ghouls trying to find who payed that killer to murder his family.
He wants to forgot on all of his friends, but when they are in trouble he saves them. Maybe that shows some feelings that he is trying to hide.

Appearance: She has a thinner looking build, with small hips and slightly wider shoulders. Her hair is a brownish purple colour, long and straight. Her eyes are large and a piercing blue with long, black eye lashes. Her eyebrows are nor thick or thin and naturally arched, giving her a quite scary look. Her facial features in general are quite harsh and sharp, except her eyes which are doe and soft. Her face is a heart shape, with a straight and sharp jawline. She tends to wear darker colours and very easily movable/comfortable clothing so she can easily move and not been seen easily through the night. As she barely goes out in the day time, it has made her skin pale.

Ghoul Mask: Her mask covers three quarters of her face, only showing the right side of her mouth and holes where the eyes should be. The mask overall is silver. On the mouth area (from the bottom of her nose to her jaw) is black, jagged teeth on both sides, the left side having teeth on the jaw (and actually having a jaw part of the mask). On the right side of the mask, there are several lines, starting from the mouth in the middle of the mask, going through the nose then spreading out. One goes straight up, another goes slightly right, another is slightly right from the last one, and so on. There are six curved lines that do this, going across the forehead, the last line is about 1cm away from the right, cat-eye shaped eye hole which, both eye holes are lined right around in black. Then on the right side of the mask, around a quarter in for the hole mask, two more curved lines come from the black teeth and another two black lines come from the right eye.

Personality: Ayano comes off as a distant person, but when she is close/cares for someone, she is still quite but kinder, a bit more open and very protective. She has easily triggered mood swings and will lash out at people who irritate her. She is very cold hearted at times, not caring much for others lives and simply taking them is no big deal to her. She is never one to brag or talk about someone behind someones back and is described as 'too quite' at times. No one plans a murder out loud, do they?

History/Bio: Ayano was born on 19/10/1998 to Ayaka and Riku Kato, both human. Growing up, she had an older brother called Haruhiko who was 3 years older than Ayano and dreamed of being a CCG investigator, her parents were in constant fear of the 13th ward, as were many, and tried and tried to move out of there as fast as they could, but each time, failed. Money was much of an issue, though large chunks would be taken out to afford medical treatment for young Ayano, as she was born very weak. After years of homeschooling and medication, the doctor finally said she could live a normal life. After hearing this news her parents sent her to Seishin High School. Ayano, not being much of a talker, didn't make any friends, until she met Naizen Osaki, who ended up in her class. They both had very similar interests and both didn't have many friends, so they became close. They were close friends all through high school. Over the spring vacation, Ayano collapsed from kidney failure. Both parents were over seas when this happened, so the only support she had was Naizen and her brother Haruhiko. He tried anything he could, raise money, try find someone to donate an organ, but nothing worked. He asked the surgeon some questions then, went under the knife himself. They used one of his kidneys for her. This, could've been the best day of Ayano's life, but it was far from it. When she woke up from the surgery, she couldn't eat as the food tasted like moldy sponges and chalk. After resting, she returned home, starving. Her brother was out with some friends so she invited Naizen over. Before he arrived, Ayano tried to eat but nothing would stay down, then she looked at the mirror, horrified. When Naizen entered, he heard a scream. Panicking, he headed for the bathroom, to find a one eyed ghoul Ayano. Hearing him enter, she quickly covered her left eye. He was calm, but quickly apologized. At first, she was confused, then he told her who the organ donation was from. Him. Things were talked over, advice was given and forgiveness was there. They ended up living together, hutning for one another and having the exact same kagune. It wasn't long before everything fell apart. Haruhiko became a CCG investigator, her parents were eaten by ghouls and Naizen was killed by a unknown CCG investigator. She disappeared, making it look like she was eaten by ghouls like her parents, then got a mask and became a glutton, in the end eating almost every enemy she encountered, she became stronger and stronger and eventually mutating into a kakuja ghoul. She never stopped her killing, and she ended up with an SS rating by the time she was seventeen. Now being hunted by the CCG and other ghoul groups, either trying to kill or recruit her, she is on a constant run.

Kagune appearance: Before the mutation she had two wings that were very sharp and spiky looking even when not crystallized, it's colours were red, fading into black. After the kakuja mutation, the colours remained the same, though the wings became much larger and separated into four wings, are extremely spiky.

Kagune special abilities: Her kagune can become a body shield and like a spear at any moment, though may take a few seconds to convert. It remained to have the ability to to crystallized and shoot sharp spikes at her enemy, but can only do these things one at a time. For example she cannot shoot spikes while it's in it's shield form.

This one is a bit different, being a human that has managed to get himself mistaken for a ghoul by actively attacking the CCG.

Appearance: Vulture is 6'2" with an unknown weight, estimated to be around 240 lbs. due to his bulky frame. His hair style is unknown, but the color has been observed to be black. He typically wears a long trench coat, boots, and leather gloves. His mask is a black, birdlike mask reminiscent of those worn by doctors during the black plague with artificial black feathers covering the rest of his head.
Kagune details:
Ukaku: Vulture's Ukaku takes the appearance of two 6-8 ft. long cyan and white wings. Unlike most Ukaku users, he can fire bullets without crystallizing and is therefore able to immediately switch between ranged and melee. Vulture's bullets have been observed to behave in a manor similar to traps, seemingly obeying orders given before launch. Bullets fired by Vulture have been seen changing velocity in midair or ricocheting off a wall to track a target. Others have the capability to explode after embedding in a target like the quinque Hollow, causing great damage to quinques and kagunes alike. In addition, Vulture's wings are capable of both flight and propelling him like a rocket by releasing steam and/or RC cells, depending on the environment and material available.
Rinkaku: Vulture's Rinkaku can form up to 6 tentacles of cyan and white coloration. He has been shown to have great control of their form. Modes seen include the typical spear-like formation of Rinkaku users, branching, thin tentacles that can be used effectively as both a grappling hook and for grabbing various items, and as long, more-durable tentacles with larger blades on the end (in a style reminiscent of Parasyte) that can move at a dramatically increased rate.
Kakuja: Vulture's Kakuja takes the appearance of a solid, navy-blue armor. Like with his Rinkaku, Vulture shows great control over the form of his Kakuja, being able to replicate many Koukaku functions such as producing close-range blades, shields, and smashing weapons. Abnormalities have been seen with Vulture's Kakuja, such as his Kakuja forming from his entire body simultaneously instead of from the neck.
Additional Details: Vulture is known to ruthlessly steal quinques from investigators, but will only kill if it is necessary to take the quinque. It is highly recommended to surrender your quinque if you are losing a fight with him, and he will nearly always vacate the scene afterwards. His alias comes from his tendency to confront exhausted investigators after they have defeated a ghoul and steal their quinques. Usually, the defeated ghoul’s body is found missing.
Vulture is usually seen wielding 1 or 2 quinques in addition to his innate abilities. He has been seen wielding quinques that have previously been damaged or broken, suggesting that he is capable of repairing quinques. However, most quinques he wields are unidentifiable, which leads the CCG to believe that he can manufacture and modify quinques on his own or with some outside help.
Finally, Vulture’s skin is unnaturally tough. Q-bullets and lighter blows are unable to damage him, and no investigator has managed to hit a heavy blow without him first activating his Kakuja. This may have something to do with his ability to form his Kakuja from all over his body.

Details: Daiki has the personality of a stereotypical mad scientist. He is obsessed with becoming stronger through acquiring quinques and using them to overthrow the established order. He is void of most emotions, but he does have a twisted sense of humor. When not isolated, he puts on an act of a nerdy but low in self-confidence programmer. He often reads manga or plays video games in public and works a part-time job as a programmer for a local company. When approached by anyone other than his colleagues, he will talk in a stutter and will try to end the conversation quickly by any means possible unless it pertains to one of his interests. In reality, he is incredibly self-confident and able to talk in long monologues without difficulty. He really does enjoy manga, anime, and video games, but often puts his hobbies aside for his major interest: taking over the world.

History: Daiki was born in the 11th ward as a 2nd-generation immigrant from a German family who had decided to adopt Japanese names and culture after immigrating there. His father was a Ghoul investigator who had been brought over by the CCG due to his skill at manufacturing quinques. His mother was stay-at-home mom.
When Daiki was 10, his house was ambushed by two S-rated ghouls. The ghouls killed Daiki’s father in the kitchen and proceeded to attack his mother in her bedroom. Hearing the racket, a curious Daiki walked into the kitchen and saw his father’s dead body with his Ukaku quinque, der Hagelschauer, still active. Daiki completely ignored his father’s corpse and instead picked up Hagelscauer. He then ambushed the ghouls as they dined on his mother, killing both in a hail of bullets.
Daiki’s father had a “secret” laboratory in the house’s basement, which Daiki had discovered several years before. After his parents’ deaths, Daiki moved the corpses into the laboratory and proceeded to learn quinque development through books in his father’s laboratory. He eventually mastered the techniques needed and went to work on the two ghouls. One was an Ukaku and the other a Rinkaku, both with Kakujas. By the time Daiki was 15, he had finished constructing his masterpiece, the Vulture Armor. He had managed to make a Kakuja quinque armor that was indistinguishable from a normal human appearance and embedded the two ghouls’ Ukaku and Rinkaku quinques into its back.
Meanwhile, Daiki was also studying in school. He had the capability to become an academic prodigy, but he intentionally slacked to avoid drawing attention to himself and to give him time to work in his lab. He had been developing his mad scientist attitude from about 8 years old, and had immediately decided to use his parents’ death as an excuse to slide academically and appear shier. He went to a normal-level university and was not inclined to pursue anything much further that the public should be aware of.
After completing his Vulture Armor, Daiki started ambushing Doves and stealing their quinques. He used his armor to alter his appearance and have the characteristics of a ghoul. He would then take the stolen quinques and alter them for his own use. Soon, he started attacking ghouls as well. With particularly powerful and ruthless ghouls, he captured and imprisoned them instead of simply killing them. Daiki would repeatedly remove the ghoul’s kakuhous as they regenerated, killing humans as needed to keep the ghouls alive. At the present time, Daiki has over 2,000 quinque weapons under his control.
In addition to manufacturing standard quinques, Daiki has been working on larger projects. One such project is the development of “Amalgamate quinques”, or amalgaques for short. Amalgaques are quinque weapons composed of multiple kakuhous working together to form a larger, more powerful weapon. In addition, Daiki is working on an amalgaque armor called Taitanrobotto composed of over 100 individual kakuhous.

Genius Intellect: Daiki has an IQ of 184 and is willing to put his intellect to use, developing new quinque technology faster than the whole CCG put together.
Enhanced Reflexes: Due to an abnormal information-processing speed, Daiki perceives time as moving slower than most people perceive it. Because of this as well as naturally quick reflexes, Daiki is able to react to a change in his environment about twice as fast as even a skilled investigator can manage. This is most apparent to anyone who has faced him in either open combat or in a video game.
Improvisation: Daiki is a master at improvising, able to devise a thorough plan in under 30 seconds and come up with solutions to problems almost as soon as they arise.
Strategy: Daiki is a cunning strategist, able to outthink most opponents. Daiki is as skilled as a chess grandmaster, despite only having played the game for about 200 hours. When playing MMO games, Daiki is often trusted with command of the entire group.
Acting: Daiki is able to easily hide his true ambitions by acting like a nerdy and shy programmer, despite actually being an ambitious mad scientist.

As Vulture:
Vulture Armor: Vulture’s main strength is in his signature Vulture armor, a Kakuja exoskeleton that, by default, has the same appearance, texture, and smell as a normal human’s skin but is actually incredibly tough. The armor adds about 130 lbs. and 6” to Daiki’s base figure, giving him the appearance of a large, bulky man. Without the attire, the Vulture Armor would appear as a 6’2” Japanese man with long black hair, a square jaw, and a muscular body. The armor itself is controlled telepathically by connecting to the user’s brain stem.
Ukaku Kagune: Vulture’s armor features a powerful embedded quinque that functions as an Ukaku kagune. Vulture’s Ukaku normally takes the form of two 6-8 ft. cyan and white wings, but he has the capability to change all aspects of its appearance at will. Daiki is able to use Vulture’s wings without crystallizing, giving them greater attack flexibility. Daiki has preprogrammed several powerful bullet modes. He can shoot tracking bullets and explosive barbs as noted by the CCG. In addition, he can shoot lighting attacks, flamethrower-like concentrations of RC cells that crystallize on impact and can imprison whatever they hit, and replicate the functions of Higher Mind. If none of these modes suit him, Daiki can quickly reprogram his Ukaku to suit his needs.
Rinkaku Kagune: Vulture’s armor also has a Rinkaku quinque embedded in it. Like the Ukaku, the Rinkaku is cyan-white by default but all aspects of its appearance can be changed at will. By default, Vulture forms 6 tentacles that can change design at will. The most common modes are the ones described by the CCG (typical Rinkaku, grappling tentacles, and Parasyte blades), but others can be designed and used at will. Vulture’s primary method of stealing quinques is by grabbing them with his Rinkaku in grappling mode.
Kakuja Kagune: The Vulture Armor itself is a Kakuja from one of the two ghouls who attacked Daiki’s house, but in order to fool CCG as well as provide extra protection, the Vulture Armor can create a navy-blue dense, hardened armor that can be morphed at will, allowing Vulture to replicate many functions of a Koukaku.
Enhanced Speed: The Vulture Armor gives dramatically enhanced speed that is easily able to keep up with Daiki’s sped-up perception of time. In addition, both the Rinkaku and Ukaku kagune types are very fast, which suits him well. Vulture is able to, with a single tentacle, overwhelm a sword-wielding investigator due to his sheer speed.
Incredible Stamina: Due to the design of the Vulture Armor, Vulture is able to fight for almost limitless amounts of time. While you might think that extended confrontations would drain RC cells and battery power from a quinque, the Vulture Armor is able to make use of resources at hand to generate power and additional RC cells.
High strength: The Vulture Armor dramatically increases Vulture’s strength, though it is not what Vulture relies on mainly while fighting.
Incredible Durability: Due to being a double-thick Kakuja, the Vulture Armor has very high durability, with the only exception being the brittle Rinkaku blades.
Regeneration: The Vulture Armor itself is capable of quickly repairing itself. However, the armor can also repair Daiki’s body itself. As a side result of developing flesh-like Kakuja armor, Daiki was able to figure out how to use RC cells for medical use on humans. Also, by connecting to Daiki’s brain stem, the Vulture Armor is able to override any pain signals so that coordination is not lost.
Enhanced Senses: The Vulture Armor grants Vulture increased sensory awareness, including visual feed from multiple directions and extra wavelengths, enhanced smell, and enhanced hearing.
Quinques: In addition to the Vulture Armor, Daiki possesses countless other quinques. When fighting as Vulture, he usually brings one or two quinques to the fight in order to speed up the process. Daiki is currently working on his amalgaques, which will considerably enhance his combat abilities once they are fully developed.

Fueguchi 1 and 2 (Rinkaku and Koukaku): Stolen from Mado’s corpse after his death.
Douhi (Ukaku): Stolen from the CCG after it was damaged during the Anteiku raid. Daiki refurbished it and added a few combat features, such as his signature enhanced bullets.
der Hagelschauer (Ukaku): The only quinque he owns that he did not maufacture or steal. der Hagelschauer’s primary attack is a constant, highspeed bombardment of hail-like pellets. The speed of the hail is what causes der Hagelschauer to be so deadly and capable of shredding apart a Kakuja-wielding S-rated ghoul, but it is ill-suited to short range and can be easily ambushed. It looks like a rocket launcher, but with a distinctive greenish-gray cloudy surface designed to look like the sky before a tornado.
Hikarinotsurugi (Rinkaku): This Rinkaku quinque was designed as an experiment to see just what pop-culture weapons could be recreated with a quinque. Hikarinotsurugi takes the appearance of a blue Star Wars lightsaber, with a base forged of quinque steel and a blade composed of rinkaku RC cells constantly moving in a fashion that allows them to slice through most substances, including weaker kagunes. Hikarinotsurugi is also capable of detecting, moving to, and reflecting projectile attacks in a fashion similar to a lightsaber.

Job occupation: Part-time programmer at a local corporation. On his own, he works as a mad scientist. His laboratory was the only place that Aogiri was unable to capture in the 11th ward.

Extra details:
He is only ranked SS due to his nonlethal attacks on the CCG and the fact that most encounters are not drawn out long enough to get an accurate judgement of his skill.
Among humans, he is second in terms of overall skill (Only Arima is more skilled), but his overall power would make him an even match for Arima if they ever fought.
He has not killed any humans as of yet, but is responsible for the deaths of countless ghouls.
He is currently the only human that the CCG has managed to mistake for a ghoul.
Once he completes his Taitanrobotto amalgaque armor, he plans to raid the CCG headquarters itself to acquire its quinques. It is unknown whether this plan will succeed.

Family: All killed by CCG investigators was raised by the Yamori's gang.
History/Bio: Was a cello prodigy but was heavily bullied this made him quite the Introvert. After school one day he was jumped when walking home by some CCG doves. He panicked and attacked with his kagune killing 5 investigators armed with quinques, after running home he opened the door to find his parents bodies hanging from the ceiling. And so he ran to a brief run by the Yamori gang and was as such recruited. His cat burglary skills were quickly noticed by Jason and he told him under his wing. He remains with them to this day.

He met a girl there named Itsumi they married after graduating and moved into the 20th ward with their newborn Kanetsu. Learning that she was a ghoul they were even happier than ever. Then one day the doves caught up with them and he faked his own death. He reemerged several years later as 'The Doctor' a sadist intent on destroying the CCG.

History/Bio: Mitsuro was the son of two loving parents along with his sister Akari. He was popular at school being a jokester and rather good looking. His father's side was descended from samurai and still held many of the traditional values of samurai, his father taught him those values at a very young age. When he turned 18 he killed a man in cold blood as he was driven hungry. His family scorned him and sent him from their house. He moved to Tokyo and started A very successfull tattoo parlour. He ended up inking himself to remember the Bushido code.

History/Bio: She was abandoned by her parents at birth and taken into an orphanage. She soon discovered she was a brilliant dancer and was noticed by the Tokyo ballet company and trained from a very young age to be a dancer. The Mizumi dynasty adopted her and she gained international fame for her graceful dancing she is now a principal ballet dancer with the Tokyo Ballet Company. She discovered she was a ghoul very early on and fed only at night to not arouse any suspicion. She is wanted for crimes of murder and theft.

Appearance: Nakami is a young girl with noticeable long red hair, her eyes are a deep green (sometimes turquoise depending on the light), her hair often covers her left eye. She often has a smirk on her face. She is skinny, wearing an oversized black hoodie which covers her hands and her hips. She then wears stripped tights (black and white) and has a chain around her right ankle. She has an appearance of a fallen angel.
Ghoul Mask: Nakami's mask is like a head of a snake, covering only the right side of her face. It is a deep colored red with a opening to see. It has a strange pattern in black.
Personality: Nakami is often seen as a nice and caring girl. She is rather shy. However, besides her seemingly innocent self, she is a killer. Nakami is sadistic and blood thirsty. She is quite smart to figure out things and knows how most ghouls work. She is also not very trustworthy as she tends to expose other ghouls. She shows little emotion but when she cares for someone, she will fight for them till the end.

History/Bio: Mother, (name unknown) : deceased. Rinkaku.
Father, (name unknown) : deceased. Bikaku.
Aunt, Rin Inoshi : deceased. Ukaku.
Nakami was a single child, having loving parents who were ghouls (the mother being a Rinkaku and the father being a Bikaku). At the age of 6, Nakami experienced the death of her beloved parents as they were betrayed by a family relative, the mother's sister, Rin Inoshi. Nakami went into hiding till the age of 13 and set out to search for her aunt in Ward 21.
Months of searching, she finally finds Rin and fights her. After an hour fight, Nakami killed Rin with no mercy. With still the thirst of vengeance, she devoured her own aunt and then set out for the investigators who assisted the betrayal.

Kagune appearance: Nakami's Rinkaku, they are a deep red (being 4) being black at the end with a slight glow of orange at the tip, they are slender. Nakami only processes one Bikaku unlike her father who had two. Her Bikaku is long, being a brighter red compared to her Rinkaku, it has black speckles all over and at the end, it has an orange dot on each side, resembling the eyes of a snake.
Kagune special abilities: Nakami's Rinkaku is far much more flexible than normal Rinkaku's, making them difficult to avoid as they can extend a decent amount. Her Bikaku is notably for balance and close combat, it is long but can't extend unlike her Rinkaku so she uses it as a shield whilst her Rinkaku is for the offense.

History/Bio: Born and lives in ward 6 with his twin sister Aika "Crimson Wings".
His parents were very kind, but were killed when they were both 12. They lived on their own
till a very kind female ghoul adopted them (Name not known). They were skilled fighters since the age of
8. They first learned how to use their kagune when they were threatened by two human boys.
As they didn't know how to control it they nearly killed the boys. They first learned they were
hybrids when the ghoul had seen their Kagune. She was a Rinkaku, and didn't know anything about
the others except what they looked like and what they did.

5 years later the CCG found and killed their guardian, but the Akio and Aika were
prepared so they killed the CCG that came to their house and got an automatic
B ranking. They were hunted down many times, but never gave in and were much stronger
every time. Eventually Akio got S Ranking and his sister SSS Ranking. Soon enough Aika was
caught and imprisoned by the CCG so they could make a new type Quinque. Akio and a small group of
others broke her out and many other Ghouls as well. Akio stole a Chimera Quinque and now keeps that
with him. This earned him a SS Ranking and he is still alive.

He continues to live in Ward 6, with his sister and group of ghouls. No known whereabouts,

He also wore black jeans, black running shoes, fingerless gloves, and a neck warmer.

Ghoul Mask: Uses his neck warmer to conceal his lower face and a black eyepatch to conceal his left, Human eye.

Personality: He has a carefree attitude, but he's also responsible if there is something important going on. He is stubborn and rebellious towards anyone but he is loyal to those who are close to him. He loves to perform graffiti on his neighborhood, making many polices trying to capture him, but failing in the end. He usually shown to worry about others' well-being more than himself. He also shown the tendency to protect those who are innocent, whether they are Ghouls or Humans (including CCG Investigators), earning him the alias "Guardian" from the CCG and the respect and love from many people, both Humans and Ghouls alike.

He is shown to be cold and ruthless towards both Ghouls and Humans that harmed and killed innocent people. He will kill those who harmed innocent people without a second thought but he will refrained himself if there are innocents witnessing his fight so to not scarred them for life, but he will still kill his foe if they're out of sight of the innocents. He preferred to kill swiftly, but if his cold and ruthless attitude started to show, he will kill his enemies slowly and painfully.
He is fearless, showing this side of him when he was facing Eto, while the latter was in her Kakuja, or facing Aogiri Tree or V or even three of them at the same time, alone. He will jump into a fight if there is innocents involved, but this fearlessness could be quite reckless and many will try to take this as their advantage.

Or so they thought.

While he was stubborn, fearless and reckless, that doesn't mean he isn't prepared for this type of situation at all. Underneath all of that carefree, stubborn, and rebellious attitude, lies an intelligent side that he rarely shown to all of people. He can formulate many strategies, even during battle. He is quite perceptive as well, making him as dangerous as Arima himself in many ways. He is shown to rely on his instinct frequently, making anyone almost impossible to get inside of his defenses.
He will only eat Ghouls and Humans that harmed innocents and the dead who committed suicides.

Surprisingly he likes to read William Shakespeare's works such as Hamlet, The Tempest, etc.

Ward: 20th

History: When he was just a child, his parents lost their lives from a car accident, making him an orphan. Growing up in an orphanage, he started to developed his rebellious attitude there that will follow him until later in his life. When he was 20 years old, he moved to Japan because he was planning to go to college there. In just two years after he arrived to Japan and attending colleges there, he gain his Doctor Degree fairly quickly. He befriended two Japanese teenagers, Kaneki Ken and Nagachika Hideyoshi and works as a part time worker at the Anteiku because it was the closes place to his home when he was still attending to colleges and needs to earn money and the pay was decent as well. While he was coming home from college, he was confronted by a Ghoul and he ran away from the Ghoul to find an Investigator to deal with this Ghoul. He was quite agile to escape from the Ghoul, even impressing the Ghoul due to John's acrobatic skills.

But in the end, John was cornered in an alleyway with no way out. Luckily for him, a CCG Investigator was there to save him, but the Investigator was harmed when he was fighting the Ghoul and the Investigator's Quinque was thrown away into John's direction . John quickly jumped into the fight with the discarded Quinque on his hand and attacks the Ghoul, surprising both the Investigator and the Ghoul. The Ghoul uses his Kagune and pierces John with many tendrils. John was mortally wounded, but he was determine to stop the Ghoul, so with a last bit of strength within him, he rise the Quinque high and smash the Ghoul's head with it, killing the Ghoul instantly. As John lied there on his own blood, he barely saw the Investigator painfully grab his phone to call someone, and John blacked out.

After John had woken up in a hospital, he saw that he was covered in bandages and he goes to the bathroom. He wash his face and when he lift his head up and his face was directed to the bathroom mirror, he was shocked at what he found. His right eye has become the eye of that a Ghoul, possessing black sclera and white iris. He quickly leave the hospital after he registered out of it and sprinted back to his home. A couple of days have passed and he realizes something. He still was able to drink but only coffee, but he can't eat food anymore. Everytime he would tried to eat food or drink anything besides coffee, he would only vomited it out. While he was distress, he still goes to work regardless.

When John was working, the manager, Yoshimura notices John's distress and asks if he's alright. John lied to him that he was fine, yet Yoshimura didn't believe him but he decided that he better drop the subject as to not make John more stress out. The following evening, when both Yoshimura and John walked home together, because Yoshimura's home is on the same way where John's is but they live quite far from each other, they were confronted by a Ghoul. Sensing danger, John faced the Ghoul and told to Yoshimura that he should go away from here as far as he can and find help but Yoshimura just stood in his place, and was worrying John's well-being and was slightly curious about why John would face a Ghoul if he is only just a Human.

The Ghoul make the first move and launched herself towards John, but John quickly counters by launching a powerful punch towards her. He didn't realize that the power behind his punch is much more powerful than he expected. His fist met met with the Ghoul's face and it was completely destroyed. Both Yoshimura and John was surprise of just what happened. John, was getting hungrier by the minute and his vision started to fill with black.

John woke up and found out that he was in a room. The door was opened and revealing that Yoshimura was the one who opened it. Yoshimura asks if he is alright and did he remember anything. John was confused but he answered truthfully and he can't remember a thing afterwards. Yoshimura explain that he ate the Ghoul due to his hunger and he passed out afterwards. John was shocked of this revelation and he pleadingly asks what is wrong with him. Yoshimura explain that somehow turned into a half-Human, half-Ghoul being and he explain what Ghoul is and that he is a Ghoul himself. John was left distraught after the explanation and Yoshimura tried to cheer him up, but John says that he will just leave. Yoshimura understands what he was going through and tells him that he is always welcomed here in Anteiku.

Several days have passed and John returns to the Anteiku to continue his works. Yoshimura was quite surprise but he had a feeling that John would came. John asks permission to talk in private with Yoshimura and he complied. After they enter Yoshimura's office, John explains that he will try to accept who he is now and Yoshimura smiles that John is starting to accept who is. John asks if is alright if he became a full time worker here in Anteiku and train him of his Ghoul side and Yoshimura accepts and agrees that he it's alright to become a full time worker in Anteiku and train him of his Ghoul side. Both of them never knew that one day, John would become the bridge. The bridge to make Humans and Ghouls lived coexisted with each other peacefully.

RC Type: Rinkaku/Kakuja

Kagune Appearance: Due to the Rinkaku's characteristic that it's RC cells are similar to liquid, John has the tendency to changes it's appearance to suit his needs of it. But usually it is shown to be a six, sharp segmented spear-like tentacles and it has a white/blue color on it. When he actives his Kakuja, he was covered in his Kagune and giving him a white/blue humanoid appearance with his six tentacles still intact.

Kagune Special Ability: He is able to changed it's shape with quite ease and he can detach them, either to set a trap or use them like a weapon. His Kakuja is equivalent to a humanoid tank, giving a high defensive and offensive powers with the cost of his movement and the ability to parkour.

Quinque: He wields a custom made, S+ rank Tsunagi that it's blade can shorten itself to hide it inside the handle with the cost of it's length like an ordinary Tsunagi and was given by the CCG, Arima specifically, to show their gratitude of John's help towards them and they respected of his ambition to make Humans and Ghouls to be able to live coexist with each other and will help him to reach that ambition.

(Note: John's appearance are based on Delsin Rowe with some new added stuff such a neck warmer, a black beanie, etc. His Kagune are based on Sasori's puppet, Hiruko's tail, while the Kakuja are based on Alex Mercer's Armor).

Personality: Relatively calm and collected, especially around humans. Tends to be very blunt and will call you out on your mistake and will attempt to tell you how to correct it. Always hides some important information. prefers to eat suicide victims, as he deems eating humans that want to live "unnecessary and barbaric"

History/Bio: He grew up with a father and brother. Their mother was killed by the CCG. He does not resent the CCG as he knows their purpose. His father taught him to be kind to all and to be logical. He also taught him to not harm living humans unless absolutely necessary. His father would constantly find the recently deceased or, when they were getting very hungry, willing victims. The victims weren't killed, but simply people who allowed him to remove small amounts of flesh in return for favors. Ghouls in the area disliked his father and wanted him dead for mingling with the humans. Michael was orphaned at the age of 12.The person who killed his father decided to use his koukaku to give Michael a scar instead of killing him. He then said "either join us or keep quiet. else this will be you" as he points towards Michael's father. Michael and his brother continued following the rules their father have put in place. His brothers quinque is extremely similar to his own. Basically a mirror of his. He does not live with his brother anymore, but they still keep in touch. They constantly work together to stockpile food as they wish not to suffer the same fate as their parents before they have children of their own. His brother is more relaxed in general compared to Michael, however he is still extremely cautious when it comes to the topic of them being ghouls.

Kagune special abilities: The ends on the tail can be brought together to form a sharp point which he can use to impale his enemies along with using it as a whip. other than that it is mainly used for grappling foes. He also will use it to move around if given the chance. This makes him very agile.
