Is there going to be a fourth season of Torchwood??

According to wikipedia Russell T Davies sinabi that season four is ready to go but it all depends on how well the third season done. If Torchwood does continue what will happen as jack left gwen last season

I read in the Torchwood magazine that they were talking about it but that Russell T. Davies didn't want say definately because its not definate yet.
