Personality: Not the brightest bulb in the room. His mind is mixed up with cartoons and sugar. He can be rather clumsy at times with his unattentiveness but doesn't like to see others sad and tries to help whenever his personality doesn't get in the way.

Bio: When Neon was just 8 months old, his father brutally murdered his mother which wounded him up in jail for life. Before she died however, his mom bought him a light blue teddy madala that he has kept ever since. A few years passed and as he was living with his grandparents he fell out of a puno one araw and landed on his head which shook up his brain, giving him a slight disorder. After the incident, Neon was always being picked on sa pamamagitan ng kids, on time a group of bullies began beating him up so badly he chipped a tooth which gave him a permanent gap. He began parkour running at age 11 when he got interested in it to escape from bullies. He became the fastest kid in the city after a while. Backing up a bit, Neon was neglected sa pamamagitan ng most of his family and still to this araw as they leave for days, weeks, and even months at a time. specially his uncle who owns a tuktok music company which has ibingiay Neon a very good talent in pag-awit almost any genre. His uncle makes craploads of money because of this but just just gives Neon a lot of it so he doesn't have to spend time with him so Neon usually spends most of his time alone watching cartoons, playing video games, or talking to his teddy bear.
