This is a story about my OC Liam.

Background info: He is a foster child who lives with crappy foster parents, and his loving little sisters Kenzi and Callie. Him and his sisters are always moving from family to family because the foster families they get are horrible and he reports them. That's all I'm going to giveaway. >:)
