Can Edward hear a person's thoughts when he and the person are both under Bella's shield?

Because I can't remember how it was.

So, can he only hear the person's thoughts that aren't under the shield oder all thoughts?

Otherwise, when such powers have an effect under her shield, wouldn't that mean, that the volturi have a chance against the Cullens, when they're also under her shield?

Yep, if the Volutri and the Cullen were under Bella's shield than they all could fight fairly, or however the fight would turn out.
