Can vampire venom heal any past permanent injuries or trauma?

Like if a paralyzed person was bitten, would the venom fix the problem or would he remain paralyzed? Same for the deaf, or blind?

if they were born deaf/blind- according to logic- they should remain deaf/blind but if their sight or hearing degenerated in their life and it was once normal i woulld think vampire venom would heal it
