This is from the book...

"I'd never ibingiay much thought to how I would die. Though, I'd had reason enough in the last few months. But, even if I had, I would not have imagined it like this."

...though, I'd had reason enough in the last few months... is referring to Edward. She met Edward a few months before. If she was talking about her mother, I don't think she would say a specific time, since, obviously, she had lived with her mother her whole life.

"Surely it was a good way to die, in the place of someone else, someone I loved. Noble, even. That ought to count for something.

I knew that if I'd never gone to Forks, I wouldn't be facing death now. But, terrified as I was, I couldn't bring myself to regret the decision. When life offers you a dream so far beyong any of your expectations, it's not reasonable to grieve when it comes to an end."

The dream she is talking about is Edward. She couldn't believe that he would chose her. That he would pag-ibig her. Therefore, she is talking about Edward. Good tanong though. I've never seen this asked before.

when she says "though i had reason to in this last few months" she is mean she has had reason to think about how she would die because edward is a vampire and she knew that even though she cant stay away from him that she is still risking her life being close to him
