However, if she was a vampire, Jacob, a werewolf, a natural enemy of the vampire would not imprint on her in the first place.
Take pag-ibig at first sight for us humans for example. Will we ever look at an animal, a pating perhaps, and fall in pag-ibig with it? No, they're different species. mga asong lobo are, you can say, half human, so they can imprint on humans; it is half of who they are, who they were before they were werewolves. Bampira are not human, and imagine the smell, how would Jacob ever get used to the smell? The mapait coldness. Imprinting, I guess, is ... well, instinct?- It is part of who they are, involuntary, subconscious- And instinctly, a werewolf would not be mga kaibigan with a vampire.
So... I think Bella WOULD leave Edward if Jacob imprinted, but only if she was human.
