Does any 1 know if Stephanie Myer is actually going to ilathala Midnight Sun? I'm Dying to know...

It is sinabi that she has the original ready but she desided not to ilathala it cuz sb put it on the internet without her permission. Then sb sinabi she will ilathala it. But after a few days I found out she is not going to ilathala it! I'm really confused plz help!
