I sat up. The alarm clock susunod to Jacob's kama sinabi it was six thirty. I ran as fast as I could to the bathroom, barely making it. I heard the rush of footsteps as Jacob and Emily came to my side.
Jesse woke up.
"Sam! Get Jesse!" Emily called downstairs. Jesse was their one-year-old baby. He had short, black hair that stuck out every other direction but down. CHAPTER I – pag-ibig Story

“Uhm…Mom?” I started hesitantly as my mother turned off my bedroom lights – on her way out of my room.

“Yes sweetie?” She crossed the length of the door to my kama in a tiny fraction of a millisecond. She turned on the bedside lamp as she gracefully sat on the side of my bed. The pale yellow light of the lamp made my mother’s face hauntingly beautiful.

I was raised not to fear anything. I was told to face it, taste it, welcome it.

Not fear for this huge ball of balahibo whose trying to smash my brain out. Not fear for my life. I have to say, it took me awhile to get past my first impression of Twilight. Actually, I had never even heard of the books until I saw people gushing about them on Fanpop. I scoffed at the Fanpoppers comparing them to Harry Potter, never questioning my belief that nothing could come close to the level of awesomeness that is the HP series.
