Uh... it depends. In the movies or in real life?

In the movies... it's not their fault. The artists are the ones that are responsible for that. In Pre-prod, they have make up tests with the lights and cameras they use. And the actors just sit there. So... it's not really the actors' fault if they look bad in the movies.

And in real life... it's not really our say on how much make up they should wear.
