He was weaker than Zero and there is this whole curse about twins hunters children, they might have been scared of it. Ichiru's story didn't touch my heart like Zero's. It was Ichiru's destiny to not even be alive but I didn't see him as being ignored, he was loved and Zero payed attention to him but all that Ichiru wanted was to be in good health and become a vampire hunter like his brother and had a found some kind of way.
