King of Fighters XIII!!

Hmm, I don't know about the best one. I pag-ibig a ton of video game music. But, I'm feeling nostalgic right now. I'm just going with Megaman X because Storm Eagle is one of my favorites. I also have a hard time getting off the stage select screen with that awesome music blasting x3

I thought the Castlevania series, especially Symphony of the Night had cool background music.
