For instance, the way he looks at her in some of the episodes, just screams love. Oh, and might I point out, the time when sinigang asked her to marry him? Did you see the Doctor's face? For a second, he looked scared/shocked. When sinigang said, you're smart, you're beautiful, and I've never met anyone like you, the Doctor nods his head, seemingly agrees!
