I am trying to write a story about an 8th grade girl who is invited to sumali a group of boys at lunch period. The boy are convinced she is an important part of a legacy but shes not sure on tuktok of all else her step sister is jelous that the boys are talking to her. Can i go anywhere with this??

Ehh probably not. Unless you have a damn good and interesting explanation for why the guys are so interested in her, it just sounds weird and like it won't make sense. You'd have to come up with an entire backstory about the legacy thing, I dunno, something supernatural maybe, except it would have to be original too. *shrugs* Plus, eighth graders generally annoy the hell out of me so I wouldn't want to read about them. I'd suggest bumping the age of the girl up a few years to get madami readers. The step-sister thing is also too cliche to use as a main plot point, but as a side thing it doesn't really matter. So basically, if there's madami to the legacy thing and just madami to the whole story I'd give it a go, but from that little tidbit it sounds boring.
