We lived in New York and my aunt Emily lived in Coimbra, a beautiful city in Portugal. I couldn't been madami sad, but I knew that I would only came back when I was much older and I didn't wanted Daniel to miss out on all the great experiences that life had to offer. Therefore, as much as it hurt me I knew that we needed to end our relationship. Daniel refused to end it, he believed that one way or another we would be together.
"I know you think that, but I also know that my parents told my aunt not to let me write or try to contact you... How am I going to survive without you? How am I going to survive knowing that you will be here waiting for me without even knowing what is happening to me? How am I going to survive without knowing what is happening to you?" I said. "I know that all the chains in the world can't contain my pag-ibig for you but I can't know how we will keep in touch if my aunt takes everything from me... I pag-ibig you so much, Daniel" I started to cry, I couldn't imagine my world without him....
