How come I don't see any variety in anime at all, let alone yaoi??

Every manga I read focuses on people who haven't passed to the age of twenty-five, who are uber-skinny, and too beautiful to be ordinary people. What's up with that?

the fat and old part is especially bad if its yaoi caus noone wants to read manga with fat old guys having sex...

were not saying they dont deserve love, but they shouldnt be main characters of a genre of manga that focuses on sexual relationships (yes, i kno it doesnt only focus on the sexual aspect, but it is a major part of yaoi)
