History: Arcineh is Armenian but she looks like she's a normal Caucasian girl. Her mother was Armenian, he father Latin-American. When she was 10, her mother died of cancer. Her father was devastated, but put everything he had into caring for her. They moved away from the painful memories and started a new life. Because of her brain, she graduated from a unibersidad at the age of 15 (she had already been taking advanced classes). As a scientist, her passion was to help others in the fight against cancer. She was also a motivational speaker for those who already had Nawawala a parent. Because of her progressive work and her age, she was approached sa pamamagitan ng bituin Labs aka Cadmus. When she refused the position they offered because it wasn't in line with her goal, she became a target. Ultimately, Batman stepped in and gave her a place in the bantayan where she would be out of harm's way. He also suggested she train with a few others like her, seeing her skills in combat. Because of her ability to stabilize and transform water, she was codenamed River.
Notes: Arcineh goes sa pamamagitan ng Arcie rather than her full name. She is often teased that she was called River because of the strong currents of thoughts in her head. She feels most calm sa pamamagitan ng the water. Arcie's personality is very cheerful despite what she went through. She is sunny and polite, but even she has her bad days. When she get's upset, her powers can cause it to rain.
