( I know, it's short... but I haven't had a lot of time to write for a while... )


“Now, read her mind and tell me where the Justice League spends their free time, or your friend here gets a makeover!” Cheshire twirled her weapon in hand. I sighed and looked into Artemis’s pleading eyes, and sa pamamagitan ng concentrating hard enough, it sinabi Mt. Justice. I whispered the answer into Joker’s ear. He let out a sort of laugh. “Now, let my mga kaibigan go.” I sinabi sternly. He gave me a confused look. “Don’t play games. Let. My. Friends. Go.” I sinabi with a hint of aggression. “Remember, I never sinabi anything about letting them go.” He laughed again.
I quickly took my leg and hooked it around Sportsmasters then brought it pasulong and he fell to the ground unconscious. With my other leg, I quickly kicked the kutsilyo out of Joker’s hand and it flew up. I jumped up and swung my arms beneath me so that they were now in front of me, and grabbed the knife. Joker swung his fist at me, and I dodged it. With the blade, I sawed the rope off and punched back at him. He also dodged it. Then quickly, he grabbed both my hands. “What’cha gonna do now?” He taunted, quoting what I had sinabi earlier this evening. “Do this!” I kicked him back with both my legs and he went flying into the pader unconscious.
Out of the corner of my eye I spotted Cheshire running toward me. Before I had time to react, Robin jumped down from who-knows-where and started to fight her. Kid Flash was against Ivy and trying to free Artemis. I ran over to Tony and untied him. “You’re nuts, you know that right?” I smiled at him, “A bit.” I answered. He stood up rubbing his wrists. “ I think they tracked me through the radio frequency. But anyways, why would you even follow a clown person on an abandoned dock in the middle of the night?” He scolded. I blushed, “Well, I’ve learned not to judge a book sa pamamagitan ng it’s cover. You of all people should know that!” He blushed too, when Shane was alive, the two of them were in a gang. That’s how he died.
There was an explosion, I guess Robin had thrown one of his little explosive devices or something. The building soon caught on apoy and all 5 of us ran out. I stopped ad soon as I got out and let Robin, Kid Flash, Tony, and Artemis all run past me. “Rae! Com’on! Hurry up!” Artemis shouted back at me. I shook my head, this wasn’t right. We couldn’t just leave all those villains in there, despite that they earned it and that they were villains and everything. I had to go and get them out. I turned around and ran back in, grabbing an unconscious Ivy and Cheshire. Harley was coughing in the corner. “Harley!” She looked over at me. “Grab Joker and Sportsmaster! We have to get out of here before this place is burned to the ground!” She gave a faint nod, and grabbed the 2 men and started dragging them out the door, dodging pieces of falling wood and debris. I started running for the door, not expecting what happened next. Something sharp and hot hit the back of my head, and I fell to the ground unconscious.
