Please note that "User:The Best of YouTube" is finally being created by the founders of YouTube in May 25, 2015, and there are plans for that user to re-upload almost 1,000 videos from past YouTube users for every 5-year generation.

Each 5-year generation has approx. 1,000 videos from past YouTube users that are finally being re-uploaded by the founders of YouTube; these include almost every 500 videos with any type of music are identified as full video clips from past YouTube users, and almost every 500 that are non-music videos with a number of media ranging types in any form like montages and others are identified as full video clips from past YouTube users. Each of these 1,000 videos per generation will have audio tracks being ripped from almost every one, and will finally be available in MP3, WAV Sound, and Windows Media Audio formats for free download after that.

The founders of YouTube are also planning to create a tempo-pitch-speed control plugin for almost all of its videos from any YouTube user around May 25, 2015, with any of the following for each one of the three: "0" (Slow and/or Low-Pitch), 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, "1" (Normal), 1.25, 1.5, 1.75, and "2" (Fast and/or High-Pitch)
