I don't think it will matter that she met Damon first.She sinabi "maybe" if she had met him first.We don't know if he compelled her to have the pag-ibig she wanted or if he just compelled her to forget she met him.

I think what hurts the most is that we have been strung along and led to believe something that was not going to happen this season.Even though they gave Delena and Stelena fans what they wanted they only caused Elena to lose even madami fans in the way they handled how she told Damon her decision.Elena should have told him she loved him but wanted to be with Stefan and did it in person.I Nawawala of respect for the writers and how they ended this.We are now back to square 1.
