Yes, I must lay down some guidelines because I don't want mass hysteria! That'd be crazy I don't want anything to get crazy! So Rules along with a few definitions.
Rules
1. No Color-Overs are allowed. Sorry, I don't want to see color-overs.
2. Line-Arts ARE allowed. Some of you guys claim you have no artistic ability. So I will allow you guys to color line arts AS LONG as you credit the person who made it.
3. Please, no Mary-Sues or Ravens. Unless its something like Princess Perfect or Goth Queen, then please don't make them. (Definitions provided at the bottom)
