AAtF shows that the exact opposite happens to Angel-- he Shanshus! But at the worst moment possible-- in the middle of the apocalypse with demons and everything trying to tear his newly human flesh to pieces. Ghost!Wesley, brought back courtesy of his Wolfram & Hart Contract (like Lilah in season 4, and Holland Manners in season 2), tries to help Angel mask his humanity with glamors-- but it's hard work.
Meanwhile, Spike met a lovely "woman" named Spider, and spends some time chilling with her and her friends, creating his own little harem of demon women, with his personal bodyguard, a slightly-damaged Illyria constantly protecting him from attack.

No niether spike or angel has died..have you read the comics? Angel: After the Fall? Spike: After the Fall? its a continuation of angel season 5, i suggest you read them!
at the angel finale angel, spike, lorne, gunn and illyria survive while wesley is killed.

They specify that gunn didn't have much longer to live because of his injuries... he may not die on screen but he is to die in the susunod few minutos aftrwards...

That was never really specified... But David B.(Angel) wanted out and sinabi he wouldn't be "Angel" anymore unless they came up with a movie, so the Series ended. I also think they sort of left it like that so fans could kind of fanfiction from there... lol.

You don't know becouse the series finishs with a massive cliffhanger with Angel, Spike, Illyria and Gunn preparing to fight an onsluaght of demons in the rain
uy guys if you can't afford the comics and are desperatley craving Angel there's an online season 6. The website is angelnolimits.com. It has 22 episodes and it's just like watching the show. It picks up a little after the huge battle and goes form there.Read them!
