Is Uriel an angel of apoy or Earth? And how would you describe him?

I've read that he is this or he is that, but I was looking for the madami popular belief about this particular angel, because I simply can't make up my mind on which sourse of reference to trust.

Hmmm, apoy eh, well that something I can work with.Thanks... oh, I have pleanty of little books to, but not quite so sure if any of the content is reliable or not, or they don't say much, just like to know if there's any other info out there to bring madami richness and life to my works.
