for you what genre and lead character's personality caught your attention?

I gotta say I really like the classic shounen story:
Hero is a nice, slightly stupid, good looking guy, he fights to protect his friends/ideals, usually there's madami to him then it seems
e.g. Blue Exorcist, One Piece, Fairy Tail
Its the first kind of anime I ever watched and it's ligtas to say that if a ipakita fits that stereotype I'll probably like it

Other then that I'm a huge sucker for anything i consider cute or sweet (romance or friendship stories where people sacrifice for each other and struggle together and end up happy in the end)
