All of Ebiten episode 2 was essentially one big Sailor Moon reference. Every episode seems to be a parody of an astronomy related anime. First episode seemed to be a parody of Saint Seya (or some other really old show). Not sure exactly what episode 3 (the current simulcasted episode on Crunchyroll) was a parody of.
