Suzuka is a romantic comedy shonen anime/manga. Its about a guy whose romantic interest is on the track team. It's one of the few romance shows for guys that doesn't devolve into a harem. Some other ones I can think of that actually involve a steady relationship are Ah! My Goddess, Ai Yori Aoshi, and Psychic Academy.
