Yukari-sensei from Azumanga Daioh. "Sensei" simply means someone who is born before the person saying it, but it's often used as a pamagat for teachers or masters etc. It's like the word "senpai", except a senpai is madami for a madami advanced peer. link

for clarification, i don't mean for a Japanese word to be written in the picture. just think of a Japanese word and post a picture that shows that word in action. in this example, the word is "sensei", so i posted a picture of a sensei. the words written on the chalkboard are not the words for "Sensei".
