Yeah, I just considered him/her as a "Grell" type of person: Biologically male but identifies as female. xD But some sources sinabi that Kaoru is androgynous.

Lol i dont know to me he seems a lot less manly than Grell (well lets just say i could tell that Grell is a guy llike the minuto he got introduced but i wasnt sure at all about Kaoru)
