For me, best comedy would have to be Watamote. It's about a girl who starts high school as very unpopular, socially awkward, and geeky. She's a big otaku, too. Every episode has her trying to have intelligent conversations with people and get mga kaibigan and even a boyfriend. There's only twelve episodes, too. You should maybe even check out Nichijou, I heard it was extremely funny!

Best shoujo would be School Rumble, I guess, since it's also pretty hilarious and confusing with the thousands of pag-ibig triangles and characters

Best fighting would be Jojo's Bizarre Adventures 2012. Just watch it, it's that good.

And magical girl I guess is Puellla Magica, but i see you've alkready seen it so...
