Death Note: If you had a deathnote, who would you kill & why. Also how would you do it and where?

For example, say I wanted to kill Justin Beiber. (I really don't want to actually KILL him)
I would write down his name and also write down hit sa pamamagitan ng a blimp at midnight on Friday the 13th.

and WHY? well, he does stupid things and I don't want him here. (again I really don't want to kill him I'm not serious.)
