Was there ever a character with a personality different than what you expected? If so, who?

Dunno why I thought Morgiana (Magi) would be tsundere... Maybe it was her hair color...

Also, Akame (AgK). I so swore she would be cold, Emotionless Girl (and apparently, Tatsumi did too), but she's just kuudere like Morg, lol.

Akane Tsunemori from Psycho-Pass. sa pamamagitan ng looking at pictures, and from a bit of the first episode I though she would be that one cute, naive, rather useless character you get in alot of action anime that I wouldn't think much of (seriously, look at those tuta dog eyes). But she developed very nicely, and I was pleasantly surprised sa pamamagitan ng the end of the series.

At first she WAAAAS nice and the present she wasn't horrible she just got used to all the despair other people are feeling, she was obsessed with Madoka cuz she doesn't have any madami mga kaibigan because nobody understands her.
