Three come to mind: Maria Holic. My all time paborito comedy anime, and the one I will always recommend. It can be a little strange, especially in season two, but it still keeps the comedy perfectly timed. The premise, in a nut shell, is that a lesbian atheist goes to her mother's old Catholic high school to meet the pag-ibig of her life and ends up stuck with a terrifying crossdressing roommate, a cold-hearted maid, and a bunch of other girls based of anime cliches (the cutesy one, the dandere, the historical one, etc.) It's pretty much a deconstruction of the harem genre. Speaking of deconstruction anime, Binan Koukou Chikyuu Bouei-bu LOVE! A play off the magical girl genre, it brings back the cliches of mahou-shoujo and makes fun of EVERYTHING. The premise: Five boys who attend an all boy private academy meet a wombat from outer puwang and become the Battle Lovers, a group of people who will save the world. They go against Caerula Adamas, the villains who are lead sa pamamagitan ng a hedgehog from outer space. It's pretty much Free and Sailor Moon put together, along with really great jokes. Lastly, The Devil is a Part Timer! This one is a mix of action, supernatural, and comedy. The devil, after getting seriously wounded, takes himself and his tuktok general through a portal to modern-day Hapon where they try to plot their revenge. Except they are now both human, live in a crappy apartment, and the devil himself is working part-time at this universe's world of McDonald's.
