I got Matsuri from Hidamari Sketch, she looks like a tsundere type character, but she is actually a hyperactive genki type girl.

Matsuri is the new Hidamari resident after Sae and Hiro graduated, she first appeared in vol 8 of the manga. and she is a manga only character.
