Dreadful customer service - I ordered an item to be shipped to the UK (they are based in Hawaii) - four months later and the item never arrived and they are refusing to give me a refund until the post office have completed an investigation into what happened to the parcel. In the meantime I have no need for the parcel as it was for a Christmas present. Don't use these guys, they really couldn't care less about their customers.
