Here's one of my submissions. I'll probably make some others. I've never made banners before- this is my first time making any. But anyways...here we go. It doesn't even compare to our current one. I've used only season 4 caps- and I'm not sure if that's what we want or if we want to mix it up...

Awesome the banner quest for the new banner begins. Very exciting cannot wait to see them all. Lovely choice with the new icon. Correct me if I am wrong ladies, is this new banner submissions for the PERMANENT banner change to upgrade for the beloved OTP? Just being nosey. On thing, I hope someone keeps at the end of the banner, the sacred first kiss as it is now on the current banner and yeah, it should, just my humble opinion, at the end where it is now, as it was the start as a kind of classy doff of the cap. You lot are talented, I have faith the new banner that eventually gets chosen will be a stunning.

let's say it's half-permanent lol as I said to Issie and she agreed I said temporary because we all love the current banner so much and I personally want it back someday. that's all :D

Right then, here's one...

I repeat WOW! WOW...WOW...I love the subtle use of texture, colour and mood. Totally biased but it feels and looks medieval and it is a beautiful execution that personifies the people, the epoch and the space. It is also timeless. Fantastic job. There is nothing even vaguely kitschy about this. It is perfect, but then you are a visual artist. I would expect nothing less than perfect.
