How make gifs with videos?

other options besides photoshop or an easy way?

I'm new, and I've seen a lot of good gifs here and in Tumblr too, but don't understand how make it so easily. Is too hard for me make gifs sa pamamagitan ng programs like photoshop, photoscape or whatever. I tried make GIFS with youtube bidyo in GIFSOUP but it have the watermark and i don't like it
